The object of study - the formation of network structures and models of corporate governance. The purpose of this research work is to develop a theoretical basis, methodological approaches and scientific recommendations for the formation of network structures and models of corporate governance. Methods: methods of grouping statistics, methods of construction of integrated indicators, factor analysis, modeling and forecasting data and others. Defined institutional prerequisites for the formation of network structures in the socio-economic systems. Established institutional policy measures in the field of state regulation of the formation of networks. Formulated elements of the Information and registration-analytical maintenance of processes of formation of network structures. The methodology of the formation of network structures in the economy. Constructed model of corporate governance networks. Research results in the implementation of activities of the Department of Economic Development, Industry and Infrastructure Khmelnytsky Oblast State Administration, Association "Podillya Pershyi", the Regional Department of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Khmelnytsky region, Fund of sustainable development "Stara Volyn", learning process Khmelnytsky National University. Projected assumptions about the object of study - expected to balance the process of creating network structures and models of corporate governance, which will based on established relationships and interdependence to develop components of the methodology of their formation. Results of the study can be used in the work of state and regional authorities in developing strategies and programs for socio-economic development of territories, enterprises, institutions and organizations in determining the vector inner and inter-regional cooperation.
