The purpose of the study is to develop the recommendations for not -costly formation of prices for new products, guidance on evaluating the innovative and investment projects, evaluation of the economic potential and the formation of marketing strategies of innovative development. Methods of research: totality of techniques of scientific knowledge, common methods, techniques, principles and methods of evaluation of innovative projects, establishing product prices, comparison and analogy, the formation of an innovative marketing strategy of enterprise innovative development. During the research the following methodical recommendations are developed: as to the formation of the price for the new product; as to assessment of the effectiveness of innovative products; as to the assessment of the impact of innovative products onto the enterprise activity; as to the effectiveness of the implementation of new machinery and technologies; as to the assessment of innovative and aggregate economic potential of enterprises; as to choosing the marketing strategy of innovative company development.
