The paper formulated, formalized task of ensuring the performance of complex systems, developed a general method of statistical processing of empirical data polymodal distribution law that allowed us to obtain more accurate values with a certain reliability, developed a method of test parameters to refine mathematical models taking into account the degree of idealization of real objects and their conditions. Designed calculation-experimental method of identifying the physical and mechanical properties of materials, found their allowable values and tolerances on the geometric dimensions of the structural elements of the electronic assembly, which is guaranteed in the conditions specified temperature difference. The developed method of construction of hybrid multistage statistically deterministic models of complex systems has allowed 12.8 times reduce the amount of necessary experimental research in modeling capacity aircraft defendant to ensure its operability.
