The aim is to develop and create new measuring DAC - ADC for amplitude and phase-frequency radio parameters, with the best (at times) characteristics compared with classical ADC. Improving the accuracy and speed of measurement is the main issue of measurement theory. For classical methods noted, that the product of these parameters are constant, or increase the accuracy of measurements with increasing time measurements (speed reduction); or, conversely, fast measurements are performed with significant errors. The basic paradigm of research is the fact that "Any measurement is ADC" - a set of values measured values are replaced by measuring conversion methods, digital equivalent. The procedure for converting continuous values of physical quantities in samples of digital values is called quantization (level or time), and creates quantization error, which split on teaching (method of measuring conversion) and instrumental (final resolution real circuit meters). Investigated new approaches of measuring the physical transformation of electrical parameters (frequency, phase offset, amplitude). For case studies used computer modeling as CTIE scales, different DAC and ADC circuitry and frequency meters coincidence experimental models, phasemeter coincidence, digital synthesizer. Monitoring and comparison provide digital and analogue oscilloscopes (DS5032E, С1-96), generators (Г3-112, Г4-116), frequency (Ч3-34, Ч3-57) R3003 cities. Established and practically proved that the only method coincidence number of quantized values scale measuring conversion DAC-ADC is much greater than used in classic binary converters. Proved that it can simultaneously increase the speed and accuracy and measurement as phase-frequency and amplitude parameters of radio signals is 10-100 times. The most effective will invest in the creation and development of mass production universal chip programmable DAC-ADC converters on a single chip, and replace the range of many thousands of classic DAC and ADC Product Description popup.authors
