Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The aim of this work is to develop materials and technologies for restoration of local damage enamel coatings on surfaces of equipment and containers in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Design repair coating consisting of two layers was developed. The bottom layer of metal provides strength bond with the base metal enameled designs, and the top has a compatibility with ceramic enamel. Corrosion resistance of both layers should not worse than resistance of enamel. The material replacement coverage were elected Ta (bottom layer) and ZrO2 (top layer). For its application was used micro plasma spraying method (MPS), which provides high locality coating (spraying spot size - 3 ... 5 mm). The first layer was sprayed of wire MPS, top layer - MPS powder. Mobile post microplasma spraying for repairs was developed . Repair coating layer was impregnated "Dihtol" (Germany) for ensure receipt of dense impervious to corrosive agentsas. Tests of developed technology was implemented in industrial conditions by repairing local damage to the enamel on the inside surface of the reactor V-630 for pharmaceutical production.
