The aim is to provide the parameters of wave processes in the ionosphere using incoherent scatter radars and vertical radio sounding stations in Ukraine and EISCAT. The methods of study are ground-based radiophysical methods: incoherent scattering of radio waves and vertical radio sounding. The studies of wave processes in the ionosphere caused by high natural and artificial sources are carried out. The observations of daily regular variations of ionospheric parameters: the electron density and temperature of electrons and ions that occur over Kharkiv (Ukraine) and Troms? (Norway) are also conducted for a self-consistent analysis of the dynamic processes. The wave disturbances during a solar eclipse of March 20, 2015 are shown to be observed both over Kharkiv and over Troms? in a wide range of altitudes (150 - 400 km), the relative amplitude were of 0.05 - 0.2 and 0.02 - 0.06 for the electron density and the temperature of the charged particles, respectively. The parameters of wave processes caused by rocket launches from the Plesetsk cosmodrome at distances of about 1200 km and 2000 km from the cosmodrome site, respectively, were detected and studied. The wave disturbances with time delays of 30 - 60 minutes and 70 minutes from the time of rocket launch for ionosondes near Troms? and Longyearbyen, respectively, were revealed. Horizontal velocities of these disturbances were equal of 340 - 680 m / s. The results of coordinated observations of the processes in the mid-latitude and auroral ionosphere accompanying the effect of powerful radio waves from EISCAT Heater on the ionosphere are given. Its operation is shown to result in to significant changes in the electron temperature over Troms?. We observed the wave disturbances over Kharkiv with time delays of 1 - 2 hours from the start of heating. Results of this study can be used in basic research of solar-terrestrial relations and the near-Earth environment, and also for applications associated with the effect of wave propagation in the ionospheric plasma on the operation of the telecommunications and satellite facility in outer space.
