It was established that after 12 days-induction of hematological immune deficit the immune and hematopoietic systems weren't fully restored. The increase of lymphocyte number in S-phase and activity of peritoneal macrophages in NBT test are indicated the active course of processes. It has been shown the first that administration of thymic MSCs to immune suppressed with cyclophosphamide mice stimulates the regeneration of the immune system through increasing the number of cells in S- and G2-M+S phases, reducing the number of lymphocytes in the phases G0/G1, and it also increases the proliferative activity of splenocytes on PHA as well as the activity of natural cytotoxicity. It has been shown the first that exposure of the immune suppressed mice to thymic MSCs leads to reduced number of reticulocytes and hematocrit indices, evidencing the inhibition of red blood regenerative processes and multidirectional action of thymic MSCs on the immune system and erythrocytes formation. It is important to consider this fact when developing the approaches for the clinical use of thymic MSCs. Product Description popup.authors Пелюх Л.І. Чудіна Т.А.
