Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 Immunological effects caused by complex application of cancer vaccines, Amiksin, enterosorbents, in mice with minimal residual tumor disease were studied. Antimetastatic efficacy depends on scheme of administration of drugs. Autovaccines integrated with Amiksin and enterosorbent were effective. Xenogeneic oncofetal vaccine in mono (melanoma B-16) or in combination with Amiksin (CLL) were effective. Antimetastatic efficacy is provided by the activity of effectors cell immunity and the prevalence of serum Th1 cytokines (ІFN-?) over Th2 type (ІL4- that ІL-10). Monitoring of vaccine therapy should be carried out by determining serum levels ІFN, ІL-4 and their correlation to assess the direction of anti-tumor responses.
