The purpose of research - providing information and analytical support of decision-making process on the basis of key performance indicators system of financial support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Research Methods - were used methods of system analysis, synthesis, generalization and classification systems management. Works of domestic and foreign scientists on the improvement of the budget process were analyzed during the researching. We determined the main threats and challenges of fiscal discipline in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and designed recommendations on the implementation of the internal control and management system. Also we offered possible ways to improve the budget process in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and determined the key performance indicators of financial support, and as a result the system of key indicators was developed for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
