The basic structure of the UV sensor surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonator is a two apodizovanymy-to-pin converters (ZSHP) bahatopoloskovym reverse coupler (RBPV) and nanostructured layer of ZnO or ZnO: Al. As a substrate material for highly SAW resonator elected lithium niobate 128YX-LiNbO3, which is characterized by a high coefficient of electromechanical coupling. Made resonators have the following common characteristics: the resonant frequency of the cavity with ZnO nanorods is 37.56 MHz; bandwidth - 420 kHz; Insertion loss - below 21 dB. For resonator nanorods of ZnO: Al these options have value 37.39 MHz, 470 kHz and 37 dB respectively. Offset frequency SAW sensor with nanostrezhnyami ZnO was about 150 kHz, and for UV sensor with a SAW ZnO nanorods, alloyed aluminum, offset frequency was about 100 kHz when irradiated with UV radiation. Both types of sensitive coatings provides selectivity to UV radiation. It is proved that the use of nanorods significantly increases sensitivity, due to a significant increase in the working area of the sensor (10-20 times).
