The effect of the temperature and the magnetic field in a wide range of their changes on the main characteristics of the sensors has been analyzed. The requirements for technical characteristics of the Hall sensors based on heterostructures were formulated. A mathematical model of transfer function and the appropriate technique for the calibration of the sensors based on the nanoheterostructures were developed. They take into account the influence of temperature and parasitic effects on the results of the magnetic field measurements. The approbation of the calibration technique was performed for the case of the probe with three orthogonally arranged sensors based on nanoheterostructures InSb/i-GaAs. The basic circuit of the unit for four-channell sensor signal processing was developed and its prototype was made. It enables the use of different modes for the power suply of the sensors, the control of the strength of the exciting current, and the control of the output signal gain.
