Based on a mathematical model describing the formation of the dendritic structure in the presence of refractory inoculants in the weld pool developed software copyright and conducted calculations that showed that the introduction of a small amount of inoculant significantly affect the kinetics of the primary structure of the weld metal and its morphology. Metallographic studies showed that depending on the type entered inoculants can get various microstructural composition.
