Studied and investigational in laboratory terms different ways of achievement of this aim : surfasing with the different ceiling of rollers, one and multi-layered surfasing, surfasing with the regulated cooling of rollers and surfasing with the impulsive serve of wire. In addition, investigational influence on this index of magnetically-impulsive treatment of surfasing metal and different methods of preparation of charge of flux-cored wires. On results the tests of corrosive and abrasive firmness of surfasing metal perspective directions of decline of his heterogeneity are chosen: introduction to the charge of powder-like wire of modifying admixtures, application of electro-slag remelt at preparation of components of surfasing wires and use of impulsive arc surfasing.
