It is characterized by low level of dissipation due to maximum concentration of the field in the dielectric layer for plasmon-photon system with periodically-profiled metal film like Bragg-flat (N = 3, n1, n2) / Au-sin / GaAs (metal film thickness 30 nm, one-dimensional sinusoidal profile depth of 50 nm and period of 700 nm). Mode quality factor and polarization sensitivity were 144 and 25, respectively, which are almost 3 times more than for a similar structure without Bragg mirror (Au-sin / GaAs), with an increase in slope of sidewall of 1.65 times, which makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of the sensor systems. It is shown that the increase of quality factor is due to the its localization by setting the resonance at the center of the band gap of two-dimensional photonic crystal. Two-dimensional photonic crystal in this case is formed from a one-dimensional photonic crystal based on Bragg mirror by means of planar periodicity of metal film. The sensitivity of the system to change of refractive index of the medium is 215 nm / RIU.
