Description

The obtained colloidal solutions of biologically active nanoparticles based on rare earth orthovanadate nanocrystals and cerium dioxide were investigated regarding the influence of nanoparticles based on parameters of mitochondrial activity - mitochondrial potential, breathing rate and processes of oxidative phosphorylation. The obtained data suggest a link between redox activity of nanoparticles and the degree of change of the studied parameters. The effects of nanoparticles on mitochondrial activity have been shown to have the age peculiarities.5481
