All basic elements of man-made and natural landscapes on the territory of the mine Nemirovsky - SE SRE "Ekotransenergo" (successor Yavoriv SMCE "Sulfur") was covered by research. Field and analytical studies conducted at the monitoring site [1.2 hectares (240h50 m) along the isotherm of 120 degrees] which includes three tansekts. Within the monitoring area there was identified 97 taxa and hybrids of vascular plants from 29 families and 70 genera. Despite the significant transformation of ecotopes, landscape ecosystem maintains the high recovery phyto-biotic potential. The soil cover on territory devastated in consequence of underground sulfur melting, is presented by mosaic of 2 types of biogenic-undeveloped soils - an initial embryonic soil, and humus accumulative soil, and natural sod-podzolic sandy loam soil. The mobile sulfur amount in 0-10 cm layer of soil in some cases 2,4-15,0 times exceeds the MPC. In 2015, there was revealed excess of MPC for mobile sulfates at 6 sites. The highest amount of sulphates was observed on plot №1 (MPC excess of 22 times). Research of lateral and profile distribution of mobile forms of lead, cadmium, zinc, copper and manganese in soils on monitoring site showed no excess of MCL for mobile forms of the above-mentioned metals. The results of observations over 15 years indicate that the area of Nemirovsky mine continues to be polluted by mobile sulfur. Therefore, we suppose that using of sulfur ore flotation wastes could be appropriate and environmentally safely for land reclamation on territory of SE "Ekotransenergo" after underground sulfur melting.
