Furthermore, the expression level some genes was close to that in normal astrocytes. Results of this study indicate that changes in the expression of genes, which control cell proliferation and apoptosis, can contribute to suppression of cell proliferation upon inhibition of ERN1 signaling and are perspective targets for new strategies of anti-tumor therapy.
