Depending on magnetics parameters ether vortexes with non-singular nucleus or purely multipole vortexes with quadrupole parameter for nematics with S = 1 or octupole parameter for nematics with S = 3/2 can be realized. It has been shown that for interrelation of intraorbital U and interorbital V repulsion on a site U/V>2 the phase diagram of the ground state contains a new phase with unique properties – spin-orbital liquid with non-zero magnetization, which value is gradually varying depending on the system parameters. It has been both experimentally and theoretically demonstrated that in magnetic shape memory alloys the values of forth order magnetic anisotropy constants for martensitic state for films and bulk materials strongly depend on the volume changes at transformation from martensite to austenite. The obtained results are very important for understanding of the remagnetization processes and temperature stability of magnetic nanoelements in vortex and saturated states.
