The methods and probability of unfavorable ampeloecological conditions in the Ulrainian south have been set on the basis of the comprehensive assessment of the territory environmental conditions. The basis of blocks and model parameters was completed, the ampeloecological algorithm and the model of grapes productivity was developed. The condititons and productivity of grapes in the wine growing region of Ulrainian south was researched on the ampeloecological modeling base. The ampeloecological model verification on the vineyards of Tarutino and Bolgrad districts of Odessa region was done. The algorithm of ampeloecological mapping of Ukrainian wine-growing zone was created. The large-scale cartographic model of ampeloecological zoning of Ukrainian south was developed.
