It has been ascertained the special composition of entomopathogens of the east micropopulation of Laspeyresia pomonella L. and Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say. 5 strains of the fungi Paecilomyces farinosus and 15 – Beauveria bassiana were revealed out of them. It has been obtained a new high-virulent strain of the fungi Beauveria bassiana С-1-9. It has been a new strain of the predatory fungi Arthrobotrys musifornis-65 with high nematophage action, which is perspective as a producer of biological preparation for plant protection from phytoparasitic nematodes. The conditions of production of biopreparation Trykhodermin were optimized in the base of a new strains on the depth cultivation
