It has been modernized the system of monitoring of pest polyphages' development on the using of the modern information technologies. It has been elaborated the computer model (program) of forecast the possible yield's losses and expendiency of application of the protect means in the soy-been and apple orchard. It has been created the computer program «Economical expendiency of application of the means of plant protection in the field crop rotations». The factors of the agrocoenosises' phytosanitary state formation in the modern conditions are theoretically substantiated
