It was found the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources to xylotrophic strains - producers of enzymes whit rennet action. Also was found the influence of glucose and peptone concentrations to milk-clotting enzymes activity from strains of Basidiomycetes Inonotus radiatus, which allowed to greatly reduce the cost of expensive ingredients of the cultivation medium. It was investigated the possibility of increasing the productivity of vegetative mycelium of basidiomycetes Pleurotus ostreatus, active producer of peroxidase for acts of physical factors. It was optimized the temperature conditions of cultivation. Positive and negative effect of changes in temperature range of cultivation on growth indicators specific strains of oyster mushroom were studied. It was investigated the optimum parameters of intensity and duration of the magnetic pulse action to improve vegetative mycelium growth for six strains of Pleurotus ostreatus.
