The nanodisperse complex of Fe(III) with edds with the nanoparticles size of 14-28 nm was obtained for the first time. The BAKMEL preparations are non-toxic (LD50 = 6000-6500 mg/kg), do not cause side effects, readily soluble in water and maintain the desired elemental balance in the plants. The BAKMEL preparations can be used as micronutrient in agriculture in the all soil-climatic zones of Ukraine. Under their influence the crop capacity increases by 10-20% and the quality of plants improves (the content of crude fat, protein and fiber increases). The technological conditions for the synthesis of complexonates, which allows organizing the industrial production of biologically active micronutrients on the enterprises of Ukraine (industrial module up to 10 tones per year), were developed; the technical conditions and toxicological-hygienic passport for the BAKMEL preparations were also worked out.
