Purpose - to study species of microorganisms for the degradation of cellulose raw materials from secondary resources and waste agriculture and optimization of culture conditions. Methods - laboratory and field vegetation experiments. On the forest floor mixed forests allocated 213 destruktantiv mushroom isolates belonging to seven families - Fusarium, Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Penicillium, Cladosporium, Verticillium and Aureobasidium. Evaluation activities degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose by the number of glucose formation showed that the most active are mushrooms Aspergilus niger, Aspergillus versicolor and Aureobasidium pululans. Represents practical interest as a strain of Trichoderma hamatum ZH-6 (number in the National Collection of microorganisms - IIR F - 100060). Research growth of the colonies strain T.hamatum ZH-6 at different temperatures showed that this strain can be attributed to high - optimal temperature range of 25-30 C. The best growth and formation of number of living spores or colony forming units (CFU) occurred in reproduction strain T. hamatum ZH-6 in a mixture of sunflower husk and wheat bran with the addition of a carbon source molasses and sucrose, sources of nitrogen - sodium nitrate. Comparative evaluation of the effectiveness straw decomposition strain T. hamatum ZH-industrial strains 6 and shows the feasibility of this strain in industrial conditions. For efficacy T. hamatum ZH-6 at a rate of application of 3 kg / ha is not inferior to most microbiological agents5481 Product Description popup.authors Білоус Н.В Васільєва Н.О. Свідельська Н.М.
