According to the results of studies 2014-2015 the technology of cultivation of flax was developed in conditions of Western Polissya, which includes the use of row or narrow-row method of sowing with a seeding rate of 5 million viable seeds per 1 he and fertilizer dose of N45Р60К90. For narrow-row method of planting provided the seed yield of 1.39 t/he with oil content of 45.9 %, for line – seed production is 1.35 t/he, oil content is 44.6 percent. Indicators of conditionally net profit is achieved accordance 5047 UAH/he, with a margin of 61.9 % and 4667 UAH/he, with a margin of 57.2 %. Increasing the doses of mineral fertilizers to N45Р60К90 allows to obtain the maximum level of seed production: 1,51 t/he for narrow-row method of sowing and 1.47 t/he for the line, but despite the large yields, apply this level of fertilizer is economically less justified.
