Object of study - the process of combining operations when plowing, fertilizing and pre-sowing tillage, ploughing machines, machines for fertilization and combined the cultivation of the soil, their aggregation. The purpose is to justify the combination of technological operations the basic and presowing soil cultivation, fertilization and create complex machines for their realization. Made a feasibility study of combining technological operations of primary tillage, fertilization and soil preparation for planting. For the combination of operations of tillage, smoothing and packing of soil provided cost savings of 11.8 UAH/he, fuel consumption - 1.5 l/he, increase in process efficiency by 24 %. For the combination of technological operations of seedbed preparation and fertilizer cost savings on labor is 4.5 UAH/he, fuel consumption - 2.2 l/he, achieved an increase in productivity by 36.7 %. Developed by: integrated arable unit, a seeder for a local joint and fertilizer, combined tillage unit. The proposed design of the unit for fertilizer application and seedbed preparation. Received 7 security documents.
