Objective: improvement of prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD), and improving the efficiency of the treatment of arterial hypertension (AH), coronary heart disease and their complications associated with certain diseases of internal organs, including civil servants. Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, questionnaires, statistics. The results of the survey of 1358 patients and 67 control subjects are presented. A retrospective analysis of 503 cases of systemic vasculitis was performed. In addition, the questionarring of 99 doctors and 106 nurses was performed. For the first time, during the screening of a random sample of public servants there was conducted a comprehensive analysis of their relationship to the issue of prevention of CVD. There was developed a local protocol of care "Prevention of cardiovascular diseases." The criteria and indicators were designed to assess the clinical quality of care. It was demonstrated, that hypertension in men with purine metabolism disorders (hyperuricemia and gout) was characterized by more severe natural course, than in patients with normal levels of uric acid. It was found that the time intervals in the logistic scheme of care for patients with acute coronary syndrome were much longer than those, stated in the existing Ukrainian guidelines and guidelines of the European Society of Cardiology. Quercetin was proposed as an effective pathogenetic cardioprotective drug in intensive care of patients with acute coronary syndrome, particularly in the pre-hospital stage. There were clarified the pathogenic and clinical features of hypertension and its complications associated with several comorbid conditions, namely: erythrocytosis, renal dysfunction and systemic vasculitis. There were demonstrated the features of cognitive impairment, hemodynamic changes in the basins of the extracranial arteries, and changes of brain electric activity in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy, depending on the presence of hypertension, as well as with history of ischemic stroke. The rationale of the integrated quantitative analysis of the electroencephalography was presented. Key words: cardiovascular disease, risk factors, hypertension, healthy food, civil servants, doctors, junior specialists with medical education, gout, hyperuricemia, myocardial infarction, polycythemia, kidney, systemic vasculitis, aggregometry, platelets, hypertensive encephalopathy, vestibular disorder, ischemic stroke.
