Data analysis of the parameters and operating modes of the networks of the south-western part of the Odessa region has been done. The current and perspective calculation models considering the development of the traditional generation and renewables have been formed. The calculations of the normal and emergency power system operation for maximum and minimum load have been fulfilled. For the first time, the EA structure considering the features of the renewables is proposed. The algorithms of control action calculation and technical requirements for adaptive EA have been developed. The useful model of adaptive EA is created.
