The calculation of approximate reserves of natural materials at the bottom of the deep-water area of the Black Sea and coast waters areas for the industrial production of efficient therapeutic and cosmetic means was done. Results of predictive estimation of prospective resources of the Black Sea deep-water peloids in the Ukrainian sector of the Black Sea deep-water zone were represented.
