The aim for stage 2 (03.2015 - 12.2015 g.) is to develop the scientific basis of magnetic fluid with cytotoxic properties (model of new pharmaceutical form) based on a standardized vector system substance of anticancer drugs. Research methods - X-ray analysis, electron microscopy, IR spectroscopy, vibration magnetometry, spectrophotometry, measurement of specific surface area by nitrogen adsorption more. Research aimed at developing scientific approaches to creating a new substance vector systems based on magnetic fluids containing modern anticancer therapy drugs, establishing the principles of optimization and standardization of parameters for practical use in the form of new dosage forms and preparation of mass production of the domestic production. It was established that the vector system based on magnetic fluids and cisplatin improves the therapeutic effect due to higher antitumor activity against resistant tumors and tumor selective accumulation in the fire and prevent toxic cytostatic influence on the body as a whole (with IEPOR named after R.E. Kavetsky). The results form the physico-chemical basis for the creation, production and introduction into clinical practice of new national cancer cytotoxic drug forms. Experimental results show perspective for further studies of obtained nanocomposites by means of photodynamic therapy of cancer method.
