The purpose of the research: implementation of works on development of the new magnetosensitive nanomaterials for medical therapy and diagnostics. Research aimed at developing scientific approaches to creating new nanocomposites and colloidal systems based on magnetic nanoparticles, stabilized with biological polymers (chitosan) for application in the medical treatment and diagnostics methods. Research methods - X-ray analysis, electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, atomic emission spectroscopy with inductively coupled plasma, measurement of specific surface area by nitrogen adsorption etc. Nanocomposites containing nanosized magnetite and coating of biopolymer chitosan were synthesized. Studied the adsorption of Gd-DTPA complex on the surface of nanocomposites. Created nanocomposites are promising for use as theranostic agents in neutron capture therapy. The conditions of new magnetic fluids synthesis based on single-domain magnetite and modified by chitosan was developed. A magnetic fluid based on magnetite and chitosan with additional sodium oleate stabilizer was conjugated with model oncology drug doxorubicin (DR). The synthesized nanocomposites are highly perspective to development of the new drug forms for magnetic targeted drug delivery. The resulting nanocomposite materials can be used for controlled release of drugs and diagnostic agents. Product Description popup.authors Будняк Т.М, Пилипчук Є.В. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
