The calculation data are generalized in the loading surface form. The optimal compaction schemes for agglomerated powders which based on the combination of compression and shear loadings are proposed. As a promising consolidation method the method of twist-extrusion is examined. The density nonuniformity and defect initiation during cold pressing of complex-shaped products are analysed by the latest methods of multiscale modeling.
