Object of study: biological effects in experimental tumor models - mammalian cell culture in terms of the combined effects of red light spectrum, ionizing radiation (gamma 60Co photons, neutrons of division spectrum) and NCA with photosensitizing properties. Research methods: cultivation of inoculated cells, irradiation of cell cultures by non-ionizing red spectrum radiation, irradiatin of cell cultures by ionizing radiation (gamma rays 60Co, neutrons of division spectrum), cytological (growing and analysis cell cultures with optical microscopy), biophysical (flow cytometry) statistics. Today there are two actively developing binary treatment of resistant cancer forms - neutronecapture therapy and photodynamic therapy, the advantage of which is high selectivity of the tumor lesion. Urgent issue is to find and study NC agents with photosensitizing properties. Upon combined effects of neutrons of division spectrum at 1 Gy, red light and neutronecapture agents in a concentration of 5 mg / ml we observed death 83% - 93% of the cells. Mitotic activity in cell culture under these conditions was decreased in 2 - 2.5 times, while the number of multi atypical cells grew almost in 5 times. It was found that by neutron irradiation in cell culture were formed polycariocytes with many cores (6 - 8) and micronuclei, indicating the mechanism of cell DNA damage is mainly implemented via twin gaps and inhibition of reparation processes. It is shown that the contribution of gamma components accompanying neutron radiation can affect normal cells viability indicators if excess doses of gamma rays more than 1 Gy. Gamma irradiation of cells in the medium- and sublethal doses in combination with NCA with molecular and nanostructures and red range light led to the defeat and death of cells up to 80%, mainly due to apoptosis.
