Collected and been analyzed clinical characteristics of 120 women from three groups of survey (females with breast cancer due to radiation , women with spontaneous breast cancer and women without breast cancer, respectively) determined the frequency of genetic polymorphisms rs1219648 and rs2981582 of gene FGFR2, rs3803662 of gene LOC643714 and rs3817198 of gene LSP1 women from Group 3 and the comparative analysis of their occurrence. A comparative analysis of the occurrence of rs1219648 and rs2981582of of gene FGFR2, rs3803662 of gene LOC643714, rs3817198 of gene LSP1 were conducted and no differences were found between the frequency of carriers of polymorphisms in the first and other groups of patients. Data obtained in research on patient samples allow to conclude that radiation exposure does not affect the carrier frequency of polymorphisms in women with breast cancer patients.
