Objective: To investigate the functional state of the pituitary-thyroid and pituitary-gonadal system in rats born to the first generations of animals irradiated incorporated the I-131, to determine the state of the pituitary-thyroid system in children born from parents exposed to irradiation . A retrospective analysis of diseases, revealed in 2155 children aged 10-16 years, born from irradiated parents (2010-2014 pp.).
