Purpose of study: to estimate possible influence of anti-tumor methods of treatment on appearance of the second tumours for the improvement of measures from the health centre system and monitoring of oncologic patients. Research methods and facilities: are PC, methods of parametric and non-parametric statistics, multidimensional statistical analysis, technology of search of the hidden knowledge, actuarial calculations.Theoretical and practical results: it is determined that radiation and chemotherapy of oncologic patients is not the factor of appearance of the second tumors. It is also determined that performing of radiation and chemotherapy in the maximal volume causes statistically meaningful positive influence on the remote consequences of treatment. It is well-proven that statistically meaningful majority of patients without negative oncologic consequences got the course of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, but these patients had more heavy damages of the system of blood. It is set that the use of anti-tumor antibiotics reduced probability of appearance of the second tumors almost in one and a half times, and their action was strengthened by preparations of platinum. It is defined, that the risk of appearance of the second cancers at chemotherapy without platinum presents 0,58, without anti-tumor antibiotics - 1,16, without both groups of preparations - 1,88. It is well-proven that at radiation treatment patients without negative oncologic consequences in the future got greater total absoberd dose (at 2,6 times), than patients in which there were the second tumors in the future. It is determined, that two courses of radiation therapy were more effective in prevention of formation of the second tumours in the future, than one course; the nosology form of the second tumour does not depend on the type of the first tumor, and only recreates the general nosology structure of morbidity on malignant neoplasmes.Novelty: first the estimation of possible influence of anti-tumor methods of treatment on appearance of the second tumors is given. The first time hypothesis about independence between forms of the first and second cancer was set. The effectiveness of the implementation: are the optimization of the methods for clinical examination, treatment and monitoring of the cancer patients. Industry of application: oncology.
