Purpose of the work: to reveal the formation pattern of the combined immunological, hematological and psychosomatic disorders in oncological patients and to determine individual risk factors for complications of antitumor treatment. Methods of investigation and equipment: immunological, hematological, biochemical, clinical, morphological, statistical methods; light microscopes, flow cytofluorimeter, spectrophotometer, hematological and immune enzyme analyzers. Theoretical and practical results: complexes of immunological, hematological and psychosomatic disorders in the patients with endometrial and breast cancer at the stages of antitumor treatment have been studied. A relation has been established between absolute numbers of neutrophils, lymphocytes and their subpopulations, insulin levels, indices of physical functioning and intensity of psychosomatic disorders with the type of vegetative regulation. The higher relative contents of CD3-СD16+56+-lymphocytes (NK-cells) in the patients with initially low stress index and high centralization index have been observed. Low relative contents of CD3+СD8+-lymphocytes were determined in oncological patients with initially high levels of cortisol. Novelty: for the first time the approach to the determination of risk groups with specific immune, hematological and psychosomatic disorders at antitumor treatment of oncological patients has been grounded which is based on evaluation of heart rate variability and hormonal status. Efficiency of introduction: timely forecasting of hematological, immune and psychosomatic complications development of antitumor treatment in endometrial and breast cancer patients will allow to prescribe accompanying treatment which will let the treatment be carried out in full volume, reduce the length of hospitalization and improve the quality of life of oncological patients. Sphere of application: oncology, radiology. Product Description popup.authors Євдокименко В.І. Іваненко М.О. Безугла В.С. Гайсенюк Л.О. Громакова І.А. Кононенко О.К. Коренкова В.І. Корнієнко Г.В.
