The chemical nature of the biologically active substances was investigated. It has been shown that the ability of fungi to synthesize biogenic elicitors (arachidonic acid) depends on the composition of the nutrient medium. In field experiments with white lupine it was found that a promising new strain of soil fungus C. cladosporioides 525 produces auxins, cytokinin and gibberellins, and arachidonic acid, which in the dilution of the culture medium of 1: 1000 positively influenced the symbiotic unit plants, contributed to the increase the total content of chlorophyll a and b in leaves of crops, increases plant resistance to pathogens of root disease and ensure an increase in grain yield of lupine by 16,7% compared to control.
