In model experiments the effect of different concentrations of inorganic phosphorus in an aqueous medium on accumulation and its distribution in the tissues of clam (hepatopancreas, gills, mantle cavity fluid) and hydrophytes was revealed. Based on the determination of the total protein, alanine and aspartate aminotransferase activity and ATPase in the tissues of clam the reasons for the lack of these animals in the discharge channel of BSA and below of discharge of channel water into the Dnipro were found.
