A research purpose is development of complex of the medical-organizational actions directed on increase of efficiency of medical rehabilitation and decline of the child's disability at the traumas and diseases of spine. Research methods: clinical and radiological inspection, electro-myography, questionnaire, the statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: new knowledge are got about the state and structure of child's disability at of spine; the state and quality of medicare to the children with pathology of spine, including to the invalids, in Ukraine are described; criteria of limitation of vital functions at the pathology of spine for the patients of child's age taking into account International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) are first analyzed; chart of complex estimation of functional violations and limitation of vital functions, related to pathology of spine, for children, that allows to provide objectivity of final conclusion during realization of examination, comparison of results and determination of efficiency of treatment and medical rehabilitation, worked out and inculcated in medical practice of child's policlinics; basic principles of organization of actions are set forth on warning and decline of indexes of disability due to traumas and diseases of spine among child's population; the complex of the medical-organizational actions, directed on increase of efficiency of medical rehabilitation and decline of the child's disability at the traumas and diseases of spine, is worked out, introduction of that in practice of work of regional and municipal managements of health protection, child's medical and preventive establishments will give an opportunity to get a noticeable social and economic effect.
