Aim - establishment of kinetic regularities of nucleation of two-dimensional germs in the course of crystallization PbO2. Research methods - stationary and inversion voltammetry, chronoamperometry, potentiometry, linear sweep voltammetry. It is established that at electrodeposition of PbO2 of a tranzient of current is defined by electrode potential. The linear ratio between a natural logarithm of time of induction and the enclosed potential is observed both for nitrate, and for metansulfonatny of electrolytes. Such dependence shows that electrocrystallization of PbO2 begins with nucleation of a monolayer on all surface of an electrode, then there is an education and further growth of three-dimensional germs. It is established that when forming a deposit simultaneous education too phases is observed. Depending on the nature of electrolyte and conditions of sedimentation formation of one of phases happens much more slowly another. At the hushed-up lag in growth of one of phases the perhaps full merger of its centers of growth by other phase. The type of the lagging behind phase depends by nature electrolyte and conditions of sedimentation (temperature, electrode potential).
