Methods: elemental analysis, differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, infrared, ultraviolet and mass-spectroscopy analysis, adsorption, rheometry, rotational viscometer, the study of the physical and mechanical properties of polymeric materials and composites. The regularities of the reactions of the new polymeric quaternary ammonium salts with a radical of the same structure and different molecular weight. The effect of the reactivity of the starting monomers for the synthesis of polymeric quaternary salts ammonium on the molecular weight of the synthesized liquids was observed. Ingredients of multifunctional action based on new derivatives comprising of titanium and boron was synthesized. It was demonstrated that the introduction of the boron atom in the alkoxy titanium compounds allows to obtain a number of effective modifiers of polymer materials. It was showen the dependence of impact of new activators, modifiers and stabilizers on the properties of composites.
