The aim of work – experimental verification of the existence of the phenomenon of phase formation of metals being electrodeposited through a stage of liquid state. Methods of investigation – X-ray analysis, scanning electron microscopy, mathematical modeling. As the results of the completed scientific research work the effect of the refinement of intracrystalline structure and of surface morphology of metals being electrodeposited under exposure to a minor external force normal to the crystallization front has been established. The effect of the dislocation density rise in metals being electrodeposited under influence of a minor external force normal to the crystallization front has been found. In addition to the planned scope of work experimental verification and mathematical modeling of the process of increase of density of metals being electrodeposited under exposure to external force normal to the crystallization front has been fulfilled. The obtained results prove the existence of the phenomenon of phase formation of metals being electrodeposited through a stage of liquid state. The results of the work bring fundamental changes to the existing conceptions of phase formation of metals during their electrochemical deposition.
