The goal - the study of neurobiological alo- and xeno implantation in stimulation mechanism of hormesis by introduction of ultra-low doses of substances to rats with experimental modeling of structural and functional brain pathology. Methods - neurophysiological, neuroethiological, biochemical, immunological, statistics. It was found that the ultralow doses of dopamine, brain-specific antibodies to S-100 protein, a natural phenol curcumin in their low intranasally introduction to rats with allo- and xenoimplantation at structural pathology in the brain, activates by the mechanisms of hormesis the hormone mediator and adaptive immune processes and reparative regeneration of functional brain systems. Plastic regeneration processes as a non-specific adaptive responses of the body marked in the early stages of transplantation and active substance in the ultra-low doses. Reparative regeneration with restoration of motor activity, mnemonic processes, emotional and sensory responses were detected in the later stages. The established neurobiological mechanisms of the positive effects of ultra-low doses of biologically active substances and neurotransplantation use at the structural brain pathology are a theoretical basis for new approaches to regenerative medicine.
