Methods: medical history, clinical, neurological, genealogy, biochemical, immunofluorescence, statistical, psychodiagnostical, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain, densitometric, magnetic resonance (MR) - spectroscopy, questionnaire "sleep-wakefulness", vertebro-neurological, ultrasound diagnostics, anthropometric, electroencephalographia (EEG). Also, according to the results of the clinical and psychopathological study in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration, there were found the impairments of mental functions which were different in structure and severity. Studying the peculiarities of cognitive and emotional sphere in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration, it was noted that for these patients the violations of arbitrary regulation, cognitive functions, perceptual-cognitive and emotional sphere are characterized; they are different by structure and severity.
