Methods of X-ray diffraction and X-ray analysis Isothermal sections diagrams of Y2S3-NiS-GeS2, Er2S3-CoS-Ge (Si) S2, Pr2S3-Mn (Co) S-GeS2, Y2S3-ZnS-Ga2S3, Er2S3-NiS-Ge (Si) S2, Er2S3-PbS-SiS2, Pr2S3-PbS-SnS2, Sm2S3- FeS-GeS2, Ho2S3-CoS-SiS2, Er (Pr) 2S3-ZnS-Ga2S3, La (Pr) 2S3-Y2S3-PbS, La2S3-Y2S3-SnS2, La2S3-NiS-Ge (Sn) S2, Ho2S3-CoS- GeS2, Gd (Ho) 2Se3 - PbSe - GeSe2 for 770 K. Studied crystal structures of four series of new quaternary compounds: R3Fe0,5GeS7 (R = Y, La, Ce, Pr, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm), R3Mn0,5GeS7 (R = Y, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho and Er), R3Ni0,5GeS7 (R = Y, Ce, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm), R3Co0,5GeS7 (R = Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm) and a new compound Pr2Pb3SnS12 to replenish international databases: Crystmet, ICSD, Fachinformationzentrum Karlsruhe. Compound Pr2Pb3SnS12 crystallizes in the structural type La2Pb3SnS12. Other tested compounds crystallize in structural type La3Mn0,5SiS7, space group P63, Pearson symbol hP23. Studied magnetic properties of four series of compounds R3Fe0,5GeS7 (R = Y, La, Ce, Pr, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm), R3Mn0,5GeS7 (R = Y, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm , Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho and Er), R3Ni0,5GeS7 (R = Y, Ce, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm), R3Co0,5GeS7 (R = Y, La, Ce, Pr , Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm) to 1.72 K. In the studied compounds is dominated by antiferromagnetic correlations. Most of them, exchange interactions lead to magnetic ordering at low temperatures. The dependence of the polarization current density potential for compounds R3Mn0,5GeS7 (R = Y, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho and Er). Optical properties of glassy alloys section Ag0,05Ga0,05Ge0,95S2 - Er2S3 for use in telecommunication devices as active or passive elements. PbJ2 crystals grown by different methods and investigated the possibility of their use in transistors.
