Also were compiled magnetic models of the Earth's crust along profiles Barchany - Rasmussen and Scua - Pitterman. The general analyses of compiled models and anomalous magnetic field on the base of hydro-magnetic survey let to make a conclusion about very complex geological structure of the region. Highly magnetized magmatic and effusive rocks compose significant part of geological cross-section in the intervals from ground level (on the islands and Antarctic Peninsula slope) to 15 - 20 km depths, i.e. cover upper and middle parts of the Earth's crust.
