On the base of geomagnetic observations on the Carpathian RS network secular variations map for geomagnetic field components in 2010-2013 yrs. were plotted. Anomalies of secular variations were defined on the base of geomagnetic observatories data and RS observations. Their relations with deep lithosphere structure were studied. Dynamics of a local magnetic field in the contact zone of the Ukrainian Carpathians and the East-European platform was investigated. In the Carpathian geodynamic polygon, following the data of permanent geophysical stations data observations were studied temporal variations of geomagnetic field and their relations with local seismicity. Peculiarities of Wise vector temporal variations were investigated on the base of long-term magnetic-variations observations on the stations network in the Transcarpathian active seismic zone. Their relationships with seismic features were stated. Also were defined anomalous effects before local earthquakes. Isostatic lithospheric compensation was analyzed. The map of isostatic anomalies and spatial model of isostatic compensation surface were developed.
