Analytical solutions to the heat-conduction and thermoelasticity problems for a plate with bilateral multilayer coating under non-stationary convective heating with the surrounding media are constructed. A problem on determination of the thermo-stressed state in a continuously-inhomogeneous long hollow cylinder is formulated and solved in the absence of information about the heat load on one of the boundary surfaces when radial displacemenst on the other one are certain. Approach for solving plane and axisymmetric elasticity problems for inhomogeneous anisotropic bodies is designed when stresses, displacements or mixed boundary conditions on the boundary are set. On the basis of developed methods and problems solutions the software programs for investigation and optimization of stress-strain state of inhomogeneous and heat-sensitive multilayer bodies under difficult load conditions are implemented in relation to the design of microelectronic systems.
