Our goal - to develop the methods of concentration, separation and determination of Ni, Co, Cu, Ag, Ir, Pt, Pd, Rh, Sm, Eu, Dy in waters and technological solutions based on the methods of solid phase extraction, luminescence, chemiluminescence, atomic absorption, voltammetry and spectrophotometry using natural Transcarpathian zeolites. The choice of optimal conditions of both Tb(III) and dipicolinic acid concentration on clinoptilolite in combination with LM method determination, which is contained in the pathogenic bacterial spores. Development of selective highly sencetive methods of flavonoids determining (luteolin, quercetin, rutin) and sulphanilamides in biosubstrates and medicines. The investigation of the possibility of Transcarpathian natural zeolites using as filters for simultaneous purification of water as adsorbents for the removal of Co, Ag and REE from technological solutions. Obtained experimental data from the studies of sorption, fluorescent, antibacterial properties of compositions based on Transcarpathian clinoptilolite with Co (II), Ag (I), Dy (III), Sm (III), Eu (III), Tb (III) showed the extremely efficiency and prospects of this natural aluminosilicate as sorbent at solid phase extraction method, sorption-fluorescent methods of analysis and during the water purification from toxic substances and pathogens. The developed methods were successfully tested in the analysis of natural and waste waters, technological solutions, biosubstrates, plant materials, alloys, catalysts, resistors and drugs.
